  • What is HappySneeze?
HappySneeze is a Pelvic Health Program that provides education, guidance, and support for people with Stress Urinary Incontinence or SUI, aka pee leaks that happen when downward pressure in your vaginal area occurs, such as when you jump, sneeze, or cough. The Program is supervised by a trained Healthcare provider, delivered in a friendly mobile app, and it counts on continuous support from a Nurse via chat or email.

  • Why was HappySneeze created?
1 in 2 women have urinary incontinence. Incontinence is a taboo topic and women take on average 6 years to tell their provider. Lack of specialist care, makes it hard for Providers to support their patients with affordable and feasible treatment options that do not require travel for in-person visits for parents of babies and young children. As a result, patients do not get timely care, especially in BIPOC and Rural communities. Currently, 1 in 2 women has urinary incontinence, and 1 in 5 will have incontinence surgery in their lifetime.
  • Who is HappySneeze for?
HappySneeze is designed to support you in reducing Stress Urinary Incontinence, aka pee leaks that happen when downward pressure in your vaginal area occurs, such as when you jump, sneeze, or cough.
  • Who is HappySneeze NOT for?
HappySneeze is not designed for people with pee leaks that Stress Urinary Incontinence does not cause, some of them being: Urge Urinary Incontinence or Overactive Bladder. This is when you feel a sudden urge to pee. Nocturia: this is when you have to wake up at night to urinate. Or pee leaks caused by neurological conditions such as palsy, Alzheimer’s, or dementia.
  • Is HappySneeze effective?
Currently 96% of individuals completing the program report an improvement or total elimination of their pee leaks. The Program's effectiveness depends on different factors, and it is highly related to consistently practicing the recommended daily rehabilitation exercises. Our Guide, a real human being trained as a Nurse ;-), will provide guidance and support via chat to keep you motivated and engaged during the program.
