Reducing pee leaks requires re-training your body, especially the pelvic floor muscles. This takes time, and most of us have a hard time sticking to exercise programs (we’ve been there!).


To make sure you will show up every day, we embed rehabilitation exercises into real-life movements, from standing and sitting down to buckling kids into strollers, lifting shopping bags, loading a dishwasher, or getting out of the car. We call these Happy Habits 😀.


We will never ask you to use special equipment or change into fitness clothes. Your life is your gym!
