How long is the program?


The program is 6 weeks long, with short lesson 6 days a week. You have lifetime access to content so you can review it anytime you want.




What is the daily time commitment?


The daily commitment is an average of 8 minutes, consisting of watching videos and reading articles. Practice happens in real life during Happy Tasks. These are activities you are already doing where you will apply the position, movement, and breathing guidelines you will learn from the videos and articles. So, they do not take extra time out of your day.




Do I need to be in a private space?


The first three weeks of the program (Module 1: The Reset) include awareness exercises that require privacy and room to lie down. After Week 3, you can take your practice anywhere.




What are my chances of getting better?


Recovery depends on your consistency in following the program as designed and also a multitude of personal factors. Your chances of getting better are higher if one or more of the factors below are present: 1. Your last birth or the event that caused your dysfunction are recent. 2. You have an active lifestyle. 3. You have a healthy body weight.




Will I completely eliminate urine leaks?


Complete elimination depends on your consistency in following the program as designed and a multitude of personal factors. Your chance of completely eliminating leaks is higher if one or more of the factors below are present: 1. Your last birth or the event that caused your dysfunction are recent. 2. You have an active lifestyle. 3. You have a healthy body weight.




Can the program help with prolapse?


A strong, supple, and well-coordinated pelvic floor can better support your organs, and reduce sensations of pressure and heaviness. If you have questions about your particular case, we recommend that you consult with a pelvic floor expert.




Can the program keep me out of surgery?


Strengthening the pelvic floor can reverse symptoms of incontinence and prolapse, reducing the need for surgery. Additionally, a toned pelvic floor increases the chances of success after pelvic floor surgery. If you have questions about your particular case, we recommend that you consult with a pelvic floor expert.




Can I do the program if I am feeling pelvic pain?


Before you do the program we recommend that you visit a pelvic floor expert to assess the best course of action for your particular case.




How many weeks post-partum do I have to be to do the program?


Like with any exercise or therapy program after pregnancy, six weeks of rest is the general rule of thumb. Your doctor or midwife will clear you for exercise.




What equipment is required?


None!




Is vaginal insertion of any kind part of the program?


We use finger insertion in some exercises during the Module 1. If that is uncomfortable or not accessible to you, there are complementary exercises that can serve as a workaround.




What if I have my period?


We recommend starting the program two days after your last period to feel most comfortable. If you get your period during the program, you can practice the exercises while being mindful of your body, or put the program on pause for a few days.




Will this program improve my sex life?


We are not currently covering sex in the program. However, strong pelvic muscles contribute to better orgasms and improved sensation for you and your partner. Isn’t that a great bonus? Please write to us if you would like to see better sex be part of HappySneeze.




Can I do this program on my computer?


Yes, any modern browser like Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge will work.




Can I do this program on my phone?


Yes, and we actually recommend that you do it on the phone so it becomes a habit. Any mobile browser like Chrome or Safari will work.




Does this program have an app?


HappySneeze does not currently have an app, thought it is designed both for mobile and computer browsers.




How can I see the videos in full screen?


Press on the “full screen” icon on the bottom right of the video player.




Can I stop or pause HappySneeze content being delivered if I need to take a break?


You can stop anywhere in the program. Everytime you sign in we will take you to where you left off. However, showing up every day is the single most important success factor to reduce or eliminate pee leaks, so make some space to practice whatever life throws at you.




How long do I have access to the content?


You have lifetime access to content.




Can I get a refund?


You can get a refund if you have not started Week 2 of the program.




How long will it take for me to see results?


Some users see results as early as in Week 3 of the program. However, we recommend to allow yourself the full six weeks to get better. You are playing a long game and small wins over time are what create durable habits.
